First Church, Pelham, will host Charles Billingsley (former lead singer of NewSong) and his band in concert March 29, 7 p.m. Billingsley is celebrating his 20th anniversary in music ministry by debuting his 25th album, “Never Forsaken.” First, Pelham’s Celebration Choir will provide backup on some songs.
