Cleo Prestridge, wife of Pastor Doug Prestridge of Harmony Grove Baptist Church, Fruithurst, died June 8. She was 75.
Prestridge was a lifelong resident of Cleburne County. She was married to Doug for 58 years and they served 43 years in ministry together at Harmony Grove Baptist.
She taught special-needs children for 23 years and also served as a volunteer hospital and prison chaplain.
She is survived by her husband; daughters, Shelia, Tracey and Gail; son, David; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. (Grace Thornton)
