Todd Evans is the new pastor of First Baptist Church, Abbeville

Todd Evans is the new pastor of First Baptist Church, Abbeville. He most recently served as pastor of Parkview Baptist Church, Decatur, for 21 years. Before that, he was pastor of Corinth Heights Baptist Church, Haleyville, for seven years.

Evans earned a bachelor’s degree from Samford University, a master of divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and a doctor of ministry from Beeson Divinity School.

He and his wife, Meia, have five children.
