Daniel Wilson is the new pastor of First Baptist Church Jemison.
He previously served as a state missionary with the Alabama Baptist State Board of Missions and as pastor of First Baptist Church Pleasant Grove; West End Baptist Church, Clanton; Dry Ridge Baptist Church, Dry Ridge, Kentucky; and Raleigh Avenue Baptist Church, Homewood. Wilson holds a bachelor’s degree in biblical studies and a master of theology degree from Campbellsville University, Campbellsville, Kentucky; a master of divinity from Luther Rice Seminary, Atlanta; a doctorate from Trinity Theological Seminary, Newburgh, Indiana; a master of theological studies from Southwestern Seminary; and a doctor of philosophy from University of the Cumberlands, Williamsburg, Kentucky.
Wilson and his wife, Erin, have two sons.
