2. Tibet earthquake: Amid freezing temperatures, rescue workers continue to dig through debris in Tibet after a deadly 7.1 magnitude earthquake on Tuesday (Jan. 7) killed at least 120 people, injured many others and destroyed homes.
3. New start: Adam Greenway, former president of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, announced through a recent Facebook post that he is beginning a role as transitional head of school at Cornerstone Christian Academy in Frostproof, Florida.
