Tim Deckard is the new pastor of Cook Springs Baptist Church, Pell City. He also is director of the St. Clair County Alabama Sheriffs Boys Ranch, Pell City, and previously served in youth ministry for five years in various places.
He was a pastor in Missouri and served 10 years in the U.S. Army. He and his wife, Cassie, have three children.
Liberty Baptist Church, Pansey, held a special service Oct. 26 to ordain David Ralston and Ron Williams.
