Birmingham Metro Baptist Association WMU holding annual meeting Aug. 22

Birmingham Metro Baptist Association Woman’s Missionary Union will hold its annual meeting Aug. 22, 10 a.m.–12 p.m., Shades Crest Baptist Church, Hoover. The guest speaker will be Jackie Champion from the Alabama Baptist Children’s Homes & Family Ministries. ABCH requests that participants bring new diaper bags and colorful backpacks for children in foster care. Lunch will be served. Cost is $10 per person.
