The letter written by Janet Cromer from Odenville on the subject of “Word of Faith” being a doctrine of devils because she doesn’t believe that salvation equals healing, is unscriptural.
We Christians do err in not knowing Scripture. Jesus died for our sins and “by whose stripes ye were healed.”
The problem with a lot of people is faith. They simply don’t believe.
Jesus said, “You only need faith the size of a grain of mustard seed.” The Bible says, “With God all things are possible.”
Most Baptists don’t believe in God’s supernatural power simply because they have never seen it manifested.
If you don’t or won’t believe that God still heals today as He did yesterday and forever then don’t expect to receive.
