Fred J. and Melba F. Cook have been appointed by the North American Mission Board to serve in Dothan, where Fred Cook is director of the Columbia Baptist Ministry Center of Columbia Baptist Association.
A native of Graceville, Fla., Cook is a graduate of Florida Baptist Theological College, Graceville,, Fla., and Troy State University, Dothan.
Before becoming director of the Baptist Ministry Center in Dothan, Cook served for nearly six years with the International Mission Board in Mexico.
Melba Cook, a Florida native, is also a graduate of Florida Baptist Theological College. She also served with the IMB in Mexico.
