UM graduate spreads gospel as editor

On a University of Mobile (UM) missions trip to the Cayman Islands, Jill Puckett Aldridge taught teenagers about God using a Bible study curriculum. That experience ignited a passion in her own heart — to use her skills as an English major to develop lesson plans that communicate God’s Word with simplicity and creativity.
Today, as general editor for Clarity Publishers, she is fulfilling that goal, shaping a new series of curriculum for adults, Life Bible Study.

Jill’s English degree from UM gave her the research and communication skills she needed to earn a master of theological studies at Samford University’s Beeson Divinity School. Her leadership experiences as a member of Sigma Tau Delta international English honor society, Alphi Chi honor society and the UM Student Government Association gave her the confidence to take a leading role in equipping believers to live the Word.

Now as she works with writers, evaluates manuscripts with a creative team of educators and edits lessons, Jill is creating tools that will sharpen believers and spread the gospel.

Jill is just another example of how UM graduates are “Changing Lives to Change the World.”  (UM)
