Union ground breaking signals new start

David S. Dockery, president of Union University in Jackson, Tenn., applauds as several trustees and staff participate in the ground breaking of a new student-housing complex to replace facilities lost in a Feb. 5 tornado. The complex will consist of 14 buildings that will house more than 700 students when completed.
