The University of Mobile (UM) announced students elected to UM’s Honors Leadership Council for the 2007–2008 school year. Each year, honors students of UM elect five sophomores to the Honors Leadership Council. Members plan social events and special projects and contribute to the format and content of courses and the overall direction of the program.
Council members are Rebecca Griffin of Mobile; Morgan Hall of McIntosh; Michelle Hixon of Selma; Jessica Story of Columbus, Ga.; and Charissa Thomas of Hoover.
Honorary advisory council member is senior Shaun Wilkerson of Morris.
