Longtime Judson Music Teacher Named Honorary Alumna

Betty Campbell, longtime professor of music at Judson College, was recently named an honorary Judson alumna, joining the ranks of a select group of honorees including former Judson teacher and administrator Twynette Yeager and former Judson first lady Kittie McCrummen.

Campbell has taught music at Judson for more than 30 years. In addition, she directed the Judson Singers for 11 years and continues to direct the Marion community’s presentation of the "Messiah" each Christmas as she has done for more than 20 years.

Campbell plays the piano for Siloam Baptist Church, Marion, in Cahaba Baptist Association and has been choirmaster and pianist for Marion Presbyterian Church for 20 years.
