The Alabama Legislature is close to final passage on bills supporters hope will protect property owners by making it harder for fraudsters to sell real estate they don’t own.
During Birmingham Serve Tour, more than 1,400 volunteers from 15 states partnered with churches in the Birmingham metro area to work on more than 50 projects ranging from giving haircuts at shelters to building bed kits.
