Brownfield: Mozambique and Malawi

Brownfield: Mozambique and Malawi

Our safari team is back by popular demand. College and seminary students are invited to join us this summer in Malawi for approximately eight to nine weeks of ministry in the bush.

This group will be working alongside nationals in Kokolaland to build an earth dam using manual labor only — hands, feet, shovels, buckets and hoes.

The students who go can anticipate working hard, learning a lot about Kokola “group” culture, prayer walking, sharing Jesus hut to hut, etc.

The campsite logisitics will be handled by African Christian Tours and Safaris. Ministry breaks will take these students to Lake Malawi and to the famous Antelope Park in Zimbabwe, home of a lion genetic diversity program. If college students at your church are interested in participating in this trip, they can get more information and complete an online registration on the International Mission Board’s student site, http://thetask.org/students/Projects/projectdetails.asp?jobID=82452.

We are also excited to let you all know that the new Web site is up and running. Please visit us at www.lomweministry.org.
