Dudley Hall. Shippensburg, Pa.: Destiny Image Publishers, 2004. 188 pp. (Paperback).
This superb story focuses on four teenagers as they search for answers while they are left behind after a friend’s tragic suicide.
This tragic event causes them to think quite seriously about death, church, the final coming of Christ and why they were left behind.
Quite fortunately for readers, this work is quite balanced in that the author’s theological views are consistent with reputable eschatology.
Gerald Bray of Samford University’s Beeson Divinity School suggests that the complex theological views here are introduced in a user-friendly way.
Dudley Hall is a Samford alumnus.
