Samford University’s Beeson Divinity School will present guest lecturer Myron Augsburger during this year’s Reformation Heritage Lectures Oct. 28–30.

“Course Corrections in our Journey of Faith” is the topic of the series. The public is invited.

Augsburger is president emeritus of Eastern Mennonite University (EMU), Harrisonburg, Va., where he was also professor of theology. His service has ranged from the local church to international evangelistic preaching missions and includes ecumenical efforts in the United States and Canada.

He has been an evangelist, church planter and pastor as well as moderator of his denomination.

Augsburger was president of EMU from 1965–1980 and of the Council of Christian Colleges and Universities from 1988–1995.

He has written more than 20 books.

Lectures will be in Hodges Chapel at 11 a.m. all three days, and also at 1 p.m. following a ticketed luncheon Oct. 29.
