Samford University Theatre will hold a summer theatre camp for children ages 4 to 12 during the week of June 5–9.
Campers will learn classic tales and invent new ones based on their own experiences. They will engage in all aspects of theatre production, including scriptwriting, costuming, set designing and performing.
Their knowledge of math, science, grammar and social studies will be put to work in a creative, supportive atmosphere led by Samford theatre faculty and students.
Hours are 9–11 a.m. for 4 year olds and 9 a.m.–2 p.m. for other ages.
