Judson’s Jennifer Hoggle, director of the equestrian program, and Kayla Jones, equine student, attended the Alabama Quarter Horse Association annual meeting Jan. 21 in Prattville.
Hoggle informed the attendees about Judson’s equestrian program, equine science minor and IHSA Horse Show team.

Central Baptist Church, Florence, celebrated its 125th anniversary Nov. 23.
Camp Ground Baptist Church, Ozark, celebrated its 175th anniversary Sept. 28. Al Sonanstine, a former pastor, was the guest preacher, and Chris Woodall, another former pastor, led in prayer and recounted the history of the church.
Piney Grove Baptist Church, Ardmore, celebrated its 175th anniversary Nov. 9. During the service video greetings were shown from three former pastors: Joe Plunkett, Ray Stonecypher and Aaron Armstrong, who also gave the closing prayer.
