Fresh-faced, fresh-voiced Dan Macaulay is the new Michael W. Smith. While Macaulay has a much smoother roof to his mouth than Smitty and his trademark rasp, the similarities are obvious and enjoyable. Macaulay, a Canadian-born worship leader, has an ear for hit-making melodies, and the swelling, grandiose orchestration on his three-song EP debut should have praise and worship fans clamoring in no time.
