That Sparrow recording artist Britt Nicole’s sophomore effort “The Lost Get Found” debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Christian/Gospel album chart when it was released in August says as much about her critically acclaimed 2007 record as it does her second. People liked Nicole. They wanted more. With “The Lost Get Found” they won’t be disappointed. Anchored by an incredible title track that sounds like Vanessa Carlton, only better, the 11-song collection of pop rock is still young, still hip (her songs have helped soundtrack movies, video games and MTV reality shows) but mature both musically and spiritually in ways the recommended-if-you-likes she’s compared with (Ashley Simpson, Avril Lavigne, Gwen Stefani) simply aren’t.
