Much-needed topic

Your series of articles in the Jan. 14 issue by Barry Bledsoe about estate planning are so needed. They are so easy to understand, and they answer the questions most people need to ask but don’t.

I am currently helping a family organize their efforts to handle an estate that had no will and is a mess. A lot of unnecessary effort and expense will be spent.

I am helping another person organize their paperwork and to get all the legal documents needed so they will be ready when death occurs.

I have e-mailed several people and told them to get their hands on this copy, to read all the articles, to keep them for references and to take action if they don’t have what they need.
