Bereavement seminar scheduled April 26

More than 2,400 organizations across the United States and Canada, including more than 20 in Alabama, will join together April 26 to host the Hospice Foundation of America’s seventh annual national bereavement teleconference.

“Living with Grief: Children, Adolescents, and Loss,” a live-via-satellite video teleconference, will focus on ways to help children cope with loss, grief and bereavement. Moderated by Cokie Roberts of ABC News, the conference will feature a national panel of experts. The event can be seen on the Internet at drkoop.com from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. April 26.

Last year’s teleconference was seen by more than 150,000 people.
