Baptist Health System announces the opening of Main Avenue Apartments, an independent living, retirement community located in Sylacauga. The complex is composed of 24, one-bedroom apartments.
Each unit has approximately 520 square feet with a bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom. The apartments are completely barrier free and are equipped with grab bars in the bath, smoke alarms and emergency call buttons.
The apartments will also house a beauty salon, a centrally located laundry and a computer learning program. There will also be an activity area for resident functions. (BHS)
