Marion’s downtown church pastors participated in chapel at Judson College on Sept. 7. This was the 10th year the chapel committee has invited the local pastors to participate in chapel and meet new students.
Larry Teasley of Marion First United Methodist Church delivered the sermon, titled “The Light of the World.” John Nicholson of Siloam Baptist Church, Luis Orteza of Marion Presbyterian Church and Dan Thornton of St. Wilfrid’s Episcopal Church also participated.
The chapel also featured a patriotic segment commemorating the anniversary of Sept. 11.
