In response to reading Christian scholars rethink conversion of Jews (Sept. 19), my thoughts are Jesus’ own works (Mt. 24) concerning the end times.
He warned of false prophets leading people astray, even the elect – if that were possible.
If the Jews do not need faith through Jesus Christ, why did Paul testify, “Both to the Jews and also to the Greeks, repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ” (Acts 20:12)?
Jesus told Nicodemus that spiritual rebirth was necessary to enter heaven. The “saved without faith in Jesus Christ” teaching taught by so-called Christian scholars is an apostasy.
It supports a new age, watered-down gospel message and is evidence of the antichrist spirit that opposes the rightful claim and deity of Jesus Christ.
Jesus is the way, the only way (John 14:6) and the “Sacred Obligation” of the Christian Scholars Group is to convince the Jews of their need of faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.
Our concern should be not only for unbelievers, but well-meaning Christians blinded to the Truth.
