The Annie Armstrong Easter Offering is the lifeblood financially to so much of the North American Mission Board’s (NAMB) work,” said Gary Hollingsworth, pastor of First Baptist Church, Trussville. “The board does a good job of supporting missionaries in regard to basic necessities but without Annie Armstrong, a lot of the actual ministry work could not go on,” said Hollingsworth, who serves as a trustee for the NAMB.
“Without the Annie Armstrong Offering, there would be a decrease in evangelism, a decrease in discipleship and a decrease in church planting. Without Annie Armstrong, our North American missions programs would definitely suffer.
