RESEARCH CANDIDATES

I am a child advocate and go to Montgomery during the legislative session.

I was down the last two days of the session hoping to see a bill passed for foster parents and their children’s rights. My frustration comes from an upcoming election where many politicians will use religion to help get them elected.

We as Christians want Christian leaders; this is the only way our state will be saved. But, the public tends to vote for the same names year after year.

We complain about how our state is run, but we don’t look into the beliefs and track records of past elected officials. It is the public’s fault that our state stays at the bottom of the list of the 50 states.

June 4 is close. I encourage every voter to make the change our state needs.

We elect those people. They are our paid employees and should know the will of their districts.

As this election year gets into full swing, please, help save our children and families and really research your candidates.
