Judson Equestrians Perform Well in Georgia

The Judson College equestrian team joined several other college teams in competition the weekend of Oct. 21–23 at Berry College in Rome, Ga. Large and small universities around Alabama, Georgia and South Carolina competed in the show.

Judson placed 10th of 14 teams in the hunt seat competition while missing riders in half of the point-gathering events.
In the Western seat show Oct. 22, Judson placed fourth of six teams.

In the next day’s Western seat show, Judson placed third overall. Judson sophomore Megan Cook, of Murray, Ky., placed first in the individual intermediate competition.

Judson’s next hunt seat competition will be held Nov. 19–20 in Greenville, S.C.
