Samford piano class key to fun

Samford University is offering a beginning piano class Nov. 24 that will teach students in one session all the chords needed to play any pop song, regardless of style or key.

Students will learn to read guitar chord symbols, not notes.

The class will also enable students to ad-lib songs and use professional piano players’ shortcuts.
