University of Mobile Welcomes New Faculty

The University of Mobile (UMobile) welcomes the following six full-time faculty members to campus as the 2013–14 academic year begins. 

Linda Fontenot is an associate professor of nursing. She has taught previously at UMobile and has served as a family nurse practitioner with The Shoulder in Daphne.

Megan Cary is an assistant professor of art. She has received Gold PPAI Technology awards for social media, eCommerce Website and Web Content/Functionality and has been employed as a graphic designer.

Cassidy “Casey” J. Cooper is an assistant professor of sociology. Cooper has worked in the areas of institutional effectiveness and as a senior researcher for the Center for Community Research and Development.

Robert “Buddy” Landry is an assistant professor of marriage and family counseling. He is a licensed professional counselor and was previously employed with Singing River Health System in Mississippi.

Michael Robinson is an assistant professor of history. Robinson holds a bachelor of science degree from North Carolina State University, master of arts degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and doctorate from Louisiana State University (LSU). He has taught at LSU.

Lee Anne Squires is an instructor in nursing. She has served as an adjunct at UMobile and as a registered nurse in the intensive care unit at Springhill Medical Center.
