Controversial images to remain in Florida exhibit

GAINESVILLE, Fla. — An art exhibit at a Florida school depicting graphic sexual images superimposed on pictures of religious figures will continue, despite protests. State Attorney Bill Cervone announced that he will not close the show at Santa Fe Community College in Gainesville. “In my opinion, under the law of Florida none of the images constitute pornography in the legal sense that would allow for any criminal action to be taken,” Cervone said.
