Alabama Baptist president receives honorary doctorate from University of Mobile

The president of the Alabama Baptist State Convention, Michael D. McLemore, was awarded the honorary doctor of divinity degree during graduation ceremonies for the University of Mobile May 11.

During his commencement address, McLemore cited the story of Joseph. “God indeed had a destiny for the life of Joseph.

He had a plan and purpose and destiny for his life, just as He has a plan and purpose and destiny for your life.”
