Calcedonia Church, Centre, celebrated its 169th anniversary and homecoming Oct. 9. The celebration included special music and a welcome for Calcedonia’s new pastor, Tim Rittenberry. He received an appreciation gift for his ministry during the interim. Kenneth “Tater” Stinson, the church’s longest tenured member, spoke during the service.
