As retired missionaries to Japan, Jackie (left) and Wayne Emanuel (right) participate in a retired missionaries appreciation luncheon hosted by Birmingham-area Baptist associations — Bessemer, Birmingham, North Jefferson and Shelby — Jan. 19 at The Club in Birmingham.
