As the Restoring Americans’ Healthcare Freedom Reconciliation Act of 2015 — which would effectively repeal some of the Affordable Care Act, including the majority of funding to Planned Parenthood Federation of America — is batted around Washington, Alabama Baptists continue to support pro-life efforts such as pregnancy resource centers.
Life-affirming
And life-affirming networks like Care Net are providing information for those who find themselves faced with a decision: Have an abortion or a baby?
Since 2008, Care Net has strived to “present women and men with realistic alternatives to abortion so that they choose life for their unborn children,” a goal that has resulted in 462,089 lives saved, according to its website.
