Samford University’s Beeson Divinity School will offer special study opportunities through its Lay Academy of Theology.
The noncredit evening course topics, leaders and dates are Romans: The Gospel Proclaimed and Applied, Frank Thielman, beginning Sept. 26; Micah’s Major Minor Prophecy, Mark Gignilliat, beginning Sept. 27; and The Story of Joseph, Allen P. Ross, beginning Sept. 29.
All three six-week courses begin at 6 p.m. and meet for two hours.
In early 2012, Beeson research professor Gerald Bray will lead a weeklong daytime course, The Reformation in England and Scotland. It will meet daily Jan. 30–Feb. 3, 1:30–3:30 p.m.
