Members of Beulah Baptist Church, Dadeville, in Tallapoosa Baptist Association, gathered on Nov. 11 to celebrate the church’s 25-year anniversary.
Tina Lynch, Randall McClendon, Belinda Taunton, the Beulah Boys and the Beulah Praise Team shared special music. Calvin Milford, from the Alabama Baptist Historical Commission, presented the church with a commemorative certificate.
Tim Davis read a historical sketch written by Clairine Phillips in the 1950s.
Three members — Ricky Phillips, a lifetime member of Beulah Baptist; Ed Nelson, a member for 20 years; and Daniel Futrell, a new member of Beulah — shared what the church has meant to them.
Lunch followed the service.
“It was a really good day,” Pastor Tim Davis said.
