For the past eight years, Blue Mountain Baptist Church had less than a dozen members, and that number stayed consistent until April. Now it seems a fresh new spirit has taken hold, and members are giving credit to God.
As people across the nation continue to grieve the flooding tragedy in Texas, Alabama Baptists are among those who are responding through prayer and financial gifts to help out with disaster relief efforts.
There’s a blog post on Camp ASCCA’s website called “How Alabama Baptist Disaster Relief saved our summer,” and camp director Matt Rickman said they mean it.
