Christians serve God through many different passions and pursuits. Sometimes those activities seemingly come out of the blue, and they may even come later in life. For Michael Ann Chapman, one way to serve God is through clogging.
Matthew Slater played for the New England Patriots for 16 years. During that time, he saw God’s faithfulness in the highs and lows and proclaimed His goodness wherever his feet were.
Since the library’s inception in 1974, Virginia Taylor has served as Parkway Baptist Church’s librarian. Today, Taylor is 94 years old and was honored for her faithfulness during a July 21 church service that left her “overwhelmed.”
Marleigh Williams of Demopolis plans to enroll at the University of Mobile this fall, where she will major in mathematics and sing in the university’s worship choir.
