SHELBY Chelsea Village Church and Shelby Association commissioned Chase Rogers and Redeemer Church, Helena, as a new church plant Aug. 19. Redeemer Church officially launches in September. Scott Slayton is the pastor of Chelsea Village Church and Hugh Richardson is director of missions of Shelby Association.
