Joshua Darracott is the new college minister at Clements Baptist Church, Athens.
Darracott, who had been a ministry intern at the church since May 2023, grew up at Clements and has served in a variety of volunteer roles through the years. He was called to ministry while in school at Wallace State College, Hanceville, where he played on the golf team and earned an associate’s degree in business. Along with his role in college ministry, Darracott also coordinates the church’s social media. Caleb Gooch is pastor.
