Q: What was your childhood like?
A: Just a … little boy who grew up without a father. [He] died when I was 11.

Q: How did you come to know the Lord?
A: I was lead by my mother to go to church … until I was 16 years old. I didn’t become saved until about six years ago.

Q: How have you been involved in church through the years?
A: I’ve been a Sunday School teacher for six years, deacon, song leader, maintenance worker at the church and keep the yard up.

Q: What have you gotten from those ministries?
A: Learning more about the Lord.

Q: How have churches changed over the years?
A: Young people just don’t get involved anymore. They find other things to do.

Q: How do you see yourself involved in church in the future?
A: Circumstances could change and I may have to reduce my activities.

Q: What difference has being a Christian made in your life?
A: It’s made me a better person.
