NASHVILLE — March receipts for the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) Cooperative Program (CP) of $18,328,037.87 were 17.50 percent, or $2,729,959.79, above the $15,598,078.08 received in March 2005.
Year-to-date contributions through the CP are 1.86 percent above the same time frame in 2005, according to a news release from SBC Executive Committee President and Chief Executive Officer Morris H. Chapman.
As of March 31, the year-to-date total of $100,444,191.05 for CP Missions is $1,838,074.74 above the $98,606,116.31 received at the same point in 2005.
For the SBC CP Allocation Budget, the year-to-date total of $100,444,191.05 is 105.81 percent of the $94,932,627.48 budgeted to support Southern Baptist ministries globally and across North America.
