First Baptist Church Killen celebrated its 75th anniversary Sept. 17.
Special music was provided by the choir and several members shared how the church had impacted their lives. Jimmy Austin, a commissioner of the Alabama Baptist Historical Commission, presented a plaque to David McKelvey, pastor.
David Birchfield is the new pastor of Pleasant Arbor Baptist Church, Piedmont.
Brent Poole is the new pastor of Calcedonia Baptist Church, Centre.
Dailey Street Baptist Church, Piedmont, will hold revival services May 3–6.
Nazareth Baptist Church, Centre, will have revival services May 4–6 at 6 p.m.
