Friendship Baptist Association welcomes new associational mission strategist

Dale Wood is the new associational mission strategist of Friendship Baptist Association, where his late father-in-law, Fred Anderton, once served as director of missions. Wood served in the same role with East Liberty Baptist Association from 2008 to January 2023.

Wood and his wife, Jane Ellen, are both Samford University and New Orleans Seminary graduates. They served 15 years in Central Asia and then worked with third culture kids and international students at Samford. They have six children and nine grandchildren.
