DALLAS — A new health plan from GuideStone Financial Resources will be introduced during the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) annual meeting and enrollment will begin July 1.
The GuideStone Secure Health plan will offer churches and pastors budget-minded health care coverage as well as protection for themselves, their employees and their families, GuideStone said in a news release. Eligible participants will have access to the nationwide Blue Cross Blue Shield network. Primary care visits and Teladoc consultations will be available at no out-of-pocket charge.
Some care — such as out-of-network service — is not covered.
Additional information on Secure Health will be available at the SBC annual meeting in June and will be posted on GuideStone’s website in mid-June at http://www.GuideStone.org/SecureHealthInfo. (TAB)
