Marty Holley is the new director of missions for Russell Association. He previously served as church development director for Covington Association. He also served at Living Water Church, Titus. He and his wife, Shari, served as International Mission Board missionaries to Brazil from 1999 to 2005. They have three children and three grandchildren.
