Q: What influences in your life pointed you to Christ at the beginning of your faith journey?
A: My father because he was a minister. I was 14 when I became a Christian.
Q: What does your ministry work demand?
A: Taking care of the minutes at the business meeting, keeping the membership roll book up to date, singing in the choir.
Q: What do you get from your ministry work?
A: Enjoyment.
Q: How do family members support you?
A: My son supported me quite a bit. If we have a Christmas program at church, they’re always there.
They (the church) never give me a serious part in the Christmas program. They always give me a humorous part.
Q: How do you see yourself involved in this work in the future?
A: I hope to do this a little bit longer. We have an assistant now [who] I’m training. As long as I’m able, I want to continue doing what I can.
Q: What difference will this ministry work make for you in the future?
A: As long as I’m able to do it, I’ll be happy.
Q: What difference has Jesus Christ made in your life?
A: Altogether different. I’m happier and enjoy doing stuff in church.
