Eric Sanford is the new associate director/church specialist of Mobile Baptist Network. Originally from Huntsville, Sanford is experienced in church planting, church revitalization, leadership development and church administration. He will work alongside churches to encourage renewal and revitalization with a special focus on strengthening rural churches and supporting bivocational pastors.
He and his wife, Amanda, have two children. Kevin Blackwell is executive director.

Keith Frederick is the new senior pastor of Son Rise Baptist Church, Odenville.
Dustin Hammond is the new pastor of Uriah First Baptist Church.
